Welcome Kat Noviello! Kat produces social media content and works to take client events to the next level across the state.
A graduate of the College of Charleston (CofC), Kat majored in English and minored in Spanish and was the president of the English Honors Society. She worked as an editor and content contributor for the Odyssey while at CofC. She further honed her writing skills through a journalism internship at the Charleston City Paper.
When asked her opinion on writing for social media, Kat answered, “it’s the most effective and sometimes personal way to communicate. Millennials especially want to feel a connection to brands as an extension of their lifestyle or personal journey.”
Kat has also been getting acquainted with her new home state by hosting events across Virginia on behalf of the American Evolution.
“I get to travel and hear the stories of locals. I see people excited about elevating their communities and that inspires me in my work, ” said Kat.
In her free time, Kat can be found thrift shopping, exploring Richmond’s food scene, or belting out some karaoke (current go-tos include“You Oughta Know” by Alanis Morrisette and “What’s Up” by 4 Non Blondes).
